Terms of Service

1. Service

Metricus provides AI brand visibility reports ("Reports"). Reports are delivered as digital documents to the email address provided at purchase.

2. Purchase and payment

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You will receive your Report promptly after completing the post-purchase onboarding form.

3. Money-back guarantee

If your Report does not contain at least 3 actionable insights, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund, email metricusapp@gmail.com with your order details and reason.

4. Delivery

Snapshots are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your completed brand details form, via email. Every Snapshot is curated by our AI experts before delivery. We will notify you if additional time is needed.

5. What you get

Each Snapshot includes the deliverables described on the pricing page at the time of purchase: a 15–25 page PDF plus the actual drop-in files you ship (llms.txt, robots.txt edits, JSON-LD schemas, FAQPage markup, slug/title/meta specs, page copy). Snapshot contents are based on AI platform outputs at the time of analysis and may not reflect future changes in AI responses.

6. Intellectual property

Your Report is for your internal business use. You may share it within your organization. You may not resell or publicly distribute the Report.

7. Limitation of liability

Reports are informational and based on observed AI outputs. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Report.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
