Terms of service

1. The service

Metricus provides a free service (the "Service"). You type a question a customer would ask AI. The Service shows the answer AI gives and the businesses it names, with a link to each website. You can pick your website from that list or add its address, edit the answer, and get new text for your website, with the answer AI gives with that text next to today's answer, and the AI Visibility Score. Everything is shown in your browser. If you leave an email address, the Service looks at your live website again after 7 days and emails you the scores.

2. Cost

The Service is free. No payment, account or card is required.

3. No promise of results

The Service is provided as is. We do not promise that the new text will change how AI answers, or that a result will be available for every question or website.

4. Availability

We may change, pause or withdraw the Service at any time. Results reflect what AI answered at the time they were produced and may not reflect later changes.

5. Your website

Nothing on your website is changed. Publishing any new text is your decision. You may use the results and the new text for your own business or for businesses you work with. You may not resell access to the Service.

6. What we keep

The questions you type, the website addresses you pick or add, and the results produced for them may be kept to improve the Service. An email address you leave is used to send you the scores. See the privacy policy.

7. Liability

Results are informational and based on observed AI outputs. We do not promise specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
