Terms of Service

1. Service

Metricus provides AI brand visibility reports ("Reports"). Reports are delivered as digital documents to the email address provided at purchase.

2. Purchase and payment

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You will receive your Report promptly after completing the post-purchase onboarding form.

3. Money-back guarantee

If your Report does not contain at least 3 actionable insights, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To request a refund, email hello@metricusapp.com with your order details and reason.

4. Delivery

Reports are delivered via email after receiving your completed brand details form. Delivery times may vary based on report complexity. We will notify you if additional time is needed.

5. What you get

Each Report includes the features described on the pricing page for your selected tier at the time of purchase. Report contents are based on AI platform outputs at the time of analysis and may not reflect future changes in AI responses.

6. Intellectual property

Your Report is for your internal business use. You may share it within your organization. You may not resell or publicly distribute the Report.

7. Limitation of liability

Reports are informational and based on observed AI outputs. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Report.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
